Founding Cell
Family-office and institutional tier. Earliest inscription right. Direct founder access. Stiftungsrat consultation right (non-voting). 24-month transferability lock from genesis. Tier price indicative; subject to change.
300 of the 1,024 Vault Cells are intended to be offered, beginning Q4 2027, to participants who complete TRELYAN's structured KYC/AML, sanctions-screening, and (where applicable) US-securities-accredited verification. Cells are structured with the intent of qualifying as Nutzungstoken (utility tokens) under FINMA's 2018 ICO Guidelines — utility-at-issuance, conjunctive transferability lock, per-buyer cap of two. Final classification is subject to FINMA pre-ruling and counsel review. The Stiftung is in formation in Zug under articles 80 to 89-bis of the Swiss Civil Code; supervision by the Eidgenössische Stiftungsaufsicht begins at registration.
